Processing & handling
- Orders placed by 2:00 pm ET Mon–Fri typically ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
- Fraud prevention: Some orders may undergo verification which can add 1 business day.
- Pre‑orders and back‑orders ship as soon as the item becomes available. We’ll email updates.
- Partial shipments may occur at no extra cost to deliver available items sooner.

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you require delivery outside the US, please contact our support team before ordering so we can advise on availability and duties/taxes for your destination.

Packaging & sustainability
Your items are cushioned and boxed to protect premium materials. We use recyclable outer cartons and paper fill where possible.
- Protective cases used for eyewear and small leather goods.
- Minimal plastic in outbound packaging.
- Order consolidations when feasible to reduce shipments.
Address changes & cancellations
- We can modify or cancel an order within 30 minutes of placement during support hours.
- Once an order is processing or shipped, we can’t change the delivery address.
- If you need to re‑route a package, we’ll assist with carrier options where available.
Loss, damage, and delivery issues
Lost in transit
If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days (US), contact us to open a carrier trace. Resolution typically takes 3–5 business days.
Delivered but not received
Please check with household members and neighbors first. If still missing after 48 hours, reach out and we’ll help file a claim.
Damaged items
Retain all packaging and send photos to support within 7 days of delivery so we can replace or refund promptly.
Note: Certain products (e.g., aerosols, items containing lithium batteries) may ship by ground due to carrier regulations.
Frequently asked questions
Orders placed by 2:00 pm ET Mon–Fri usually ship the same business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once dispatched.
Carriers may deliver on Saturdays in select areas for Standard and Expedited services. Next Business Day deliveries arrive Monday–Friday.
Yes. USPS services are available for PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Expedited and Next Day options require a street address.
Applicable sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and shown at checkout.
Orders $500+ may require an adult signature for security. If you prefer to authorize release, contact us before shipment.
