We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items can be returned or exchanged. Please review the guidelines below so your return is processed quickly and smoothly.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following:

  • New, unused, and in the same condition as received
  • All original tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, and packaging included
  • Return requested within 30 days of delivery and shipped back within 7 days of label issuance
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Wear-and-tear, alterations, or any signs of use may cause the return to be refused or result in a partial refund.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or monogrammed items
  • Made-to-order or custom-sized products (e.g., cut-to-length belts after trimming)
  • Beauty/grooming products if opened or used
  • Face coverings and pierced jewelry
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked Final Sale on the product page

How to start a return

  1. Request: Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RMA). Include your order number and reason.
  2. Pack: Place items in original packaging with all accessories and documents. Protect boxes inside an outer shipping carton.
  3. Label: Affix the prepaid label we provide. Remove or cover any old labels.
  4. Ship: Drop off with the specified carrier within 7 days of label issuance.
  5. Process: Allow 2–3 business days after delivery to our facility to inspect and approve your return.

Prefer to use your own carrier? You may return at your expense using a trackable, insured service. We are not responsible for lost returns sent without our label.

Refunds

  • Approved returns are refunded to the original form of payment.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • If a prepaid return label is used for a discretionary return, an $8 return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
  • Once approved, please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

If purchased with a gift card and a credit card, the gift card is refunded first, then the card.

Exchanges

We’re happy to help with size or color exchanges on eligible items, subject to availability. To secure your preferred item quickly, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original for a refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging and item. We will arrange a free replacement or a prepaid return and full refund.

Gifts and gift returns

For items marked as gifts at purchase, we can issue store credit to the recipient upon receipt of an eligible return. Otherwise, refunds go to the original payment method.

Holiday returns

Purchases made between November 15 and December 31 are eligible for return until January 31 of the following year, subject to standard condition checks.

Region & international returns

Returns are currently available for orders shipped within the United States. If you are outside the US, please contact us before purchasing for guidance on availability and options.

Authenticity & inspection

Every item is inspected for authenticity and quality prior to shipment. Returned items undergo the same checks; if an item fails inspection due to wear or missing components, we may return it to you or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
